Mr. Minas joined Banco Bradesco S.A. in July 2009 as Executive Managing Officer. In January 2014, he was elected Executive Vice President responsible for technology and digital transformation, and joined the Board of Directors in March 2018. As of January 2019, Mr. Minas’s responsibilities transitioned from the executive to the Board level, focused on technology, digital and innovation as a Member of the Board exclusively. He currently holds several additional advisory positions, including:
• Member of the Managing Body and Managing Officer of Fundação Bradesco.
• Sitting Member of the Board of Directors of Aquarius Participações S.A., Fidelity Processadora S.A., and Fidelity Serviços e Contact Center S.A.
• Member of the Board of Directors of NCR Brasil.
• Member of the Advisory Board of IBM Corporation.

To this end, Mr. Minas has been the executive leader for several projects at Bradesco that have laid the foundation for this transformation, including:
• BIA – Bradesco Artificial Intelligence, created in conjunction with IBM Watson, is one of the biggest Watson projects in the world and the largest in Latin America, reaching millions of users in Brazil.
• Bradesco Digital Bank – Brazil’s first digital bank
• Next – The 1st Brazilian Bank for hyper-connected customers
• InovaBra ecosystem, which drives innovation within Bradesco and extends new technologies into regional markets
Mr. Minas is also President of Scopus and was previously Executive Vice-President, Chief Operations Officer (COO) of CPM Braxis S.A. (currently Cap Gemini Brazil) and Senior Analyst of Banco Itaú S.A. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo - Poli/USP. He attended the Executive Education Program in Finance at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and participated in the Program for Executive Development in General Management at Columbia University in New York.
