Formerly: one year as post-doctoral Research Fellow, University of Oxford. Currently: Research Fellow in gender and public policy and Faculty Adviser for Women and Leadership Development Programme, Dubai School of Government. Research interests include: cross-cultural and social and organizational psychology, theory and method in assessing relationship between self and context, and cultural and gender differences in leadership, decision-making and job-related outcomes.
