Mehreen Arshad has been very clear about choosing the medical field as her career path, from her young teenage years.
She successfully graduated as a Physical Therapist from the University of Sargodha Women Campus in Faisalabad, where she represented herself as the Campus Ambassador on many platforms in her student life. Currently Mehreen is actively working as a Physical Therapist at the Falah e Millat Trust Hospital.
Throughout her student life, she engaged herself in social works and volunteered in various organizations. She is diligently working for the rights of labors in Justajoo Foundation. Mehreen also has worked with UMEED Foundation as a content writer and hoped to contribute to an improved quality in education of child labors. There she has been awarded for being the Best Member in Umeed Foundation and furthermore she was rewarded for being the best organizer of a medical workshop by Dr. Mobeen (MBBS) and Dr. Zahid (PT). Mehreen has organized and lead several successful seminars, camps, and medical workshops.
Recently, she has been selected as a Corona Tiger Doctor in the Government's Corona Relief Tiger Force, which has been established to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mehreen is open to challenges and works efficiently with her seniors and co-workers. Moreover, she has a keen interest in counseling and enjoys reading, writing short stories, as poems.
Mehreen carries a good moral character and inhabits great leadership qualities and believes in teamwork. Mehreen is a strong confident individual, looking forward to make a difference on a local and global basis. Mehreen hopes to achieve this by joining the Global Shapers Faisalabad Hub and contribute to the well-being of this society.
