Melissa works on diversity and social impact issues within the technology sector. She previously worked for: UN-Women, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, the World Health Organization, the Global Fund for Women and the Women’s Foundation of California. She is passionate about gender equality and using technology for social change. She has lived, traveled and worked in more than 70 countries. She is a graduate from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (HKS) with a Master in Public Policy and the University of Wisconsin- Madison with a BA in Journalism.
