Uchral Nyam-Osor was recently appointed as the Minister of Mongolia and the Chief Cabinet secretary of Mongolia. Prior to that he served as the Minister of Digital Development and Communications of Mongolia between 2022-2024. From 2020 to 2022, he served as Chairman of the Standing Committee on Innovation and Digital policy in the Parliament of Mongolia. Uchral.N is also the President of the Social Democracy Mongolian Youth Association and the National Association of Information Communication and Communication, roles he has held since 2019. He previously served as the Chairman of the ad hoc committee for e-Policy of the Great Khural from 2018 to 2020. Naym Osor has been a member of the Great Khural since 2016 and held positions such as Media and Public Relations Policy Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia in 2015-2016 and Bayanzurkh District Assembly Representative from 2012 to 2016.
