Nino Enukidze

Rector of Business and Technology University, Founder of Coding School for Women, Business and Technology University

Nino Enukidze serves as the Rector of Business and Technology University in Tbilisi, Georgia. With a decade of commitment to education and innovation, she has established Georgia's largest Coding School for Women, as well as the global AI literacy platform, AI4Globe, among other initiatives. Enukidze holds the position of President of the Academic Consortium and serves as an Honorary Board Member of the European Marketing and Management Association. Additionally, she is a member of the Advisory Council for the Committee of Education and Science in the Parliament of Georgia and a member of the Business Advisory Council at UNICEF Georgia.
Under her leadership, Silicon Valley Tbilisi has emerged as a pivotal force for Georgia's technological advancement, notably by founding the first Global Startup Foundation and facilitating the region's first membership in MIT's Martin Trust Center. Her contributions have garnered international recognition, including her designation as one of the Architects of Tomorrow by Emerging Europe and her inclusion in the Strong Women in IT Global Edition’s list of 200 Leaders. She served as an expert panelist at the UN CSW67. Nino Enukidze is an educator and technology activist dedicated to promoting digital and artificial intelligence literacy among women, children, youth, and various vulnerable groups. She holds a PhD in Business Administration and is a professor at BTU.
