Omar Najjar is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Misk Foundation. He is leading all the organization's programs & initiatives to achieve its ambitious goals and outcomes.

As a business leader with extensive experience in management and transformation, Omar's career has been focused on transforming businesses, cultures, and people. His global experience in multiple industries has allowed him to develop comprehensive expertise across many disciplines, tackle different challenges, and impact many lives.

His leadership experience includes positions with Saudi Ground Services, Downstream Business in Tasnee, King Abdullah Economic City, and Unilever.

Omar holds an MBA from the London Business School, as well as MS and BS degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering from King Fahd university for petroleum and minerals.
