Director and field operator at the International Committee of the Red Cross since 2005, having completed different field missions in Sudan, Chad, Iraq etc. Extensive experience in the Near and Middle East as well as Africa which I cover as a Regional director since 2020.
Practiced strategic leadership in crisis response, overseeing ICRC operations across the continent, focusing on risk and security management, humanitarian diplomacy and engagements around States and armed groups’ respect of International Humanitarian Law.
