Pavel Koktyshev is the co-founder and managing partner of MOST Holding, head of the Affiliated Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Kazakhstan, and a member of the World Economic Forum's Eurasia Policy Group. He is also an alumnus of the Global Shapers Community. He is a graduate of Suleyman Demirel University and has spent over 12 years developing the Kazakhstani innovation ecosystem.
He has held various positions such as the Director of the Institute of Development and Economic Affairs, Representative of the Global Entrepreneurship Network in Kazakhstan, and Supreme Commissioner of the World Business Angels Investment Forum. In March 2018, he was invited to work in the quasi-public sector as the deputy chairman of the board of "National Infocommunication Holding Zerde". He coordinated the creation and development of Astana Hub and QazInnovation and served as the CEO of AIFC Tech Hub.
