Ricky Fernando earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Parahyangan Catholic University in 2007 and master’s in finance from the University of Indonesia in 2008. He also completed the Oxford Leading Sustainable Corporations Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021.

Currently he serves as Head of CEO Office, Corporate Communications and Sustainability of PT Indika Energy Tbk since 2019 after initially joining the company in 2012. He also holds positions as Treasurer of Indika Foundation and was previously employed in the transformation office at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
