Rodrigo Brito

Director of Sustainability, South Zone, Latin America, The Coca-Cola Company

As the Director of Sustainability for Coca-Cola in the South region of Latin America, Rodrigo leads the company's strategies and initiatives related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) themes such as water, circular economy, agriculture, climate, and economic empowerment in 6 countries (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay).
With over 19 years of experience in sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship, he is passionate about creating value, development and positive impact for people, companies, communities, and the planet.
Rodrigo is also a co-founder and board member of two organizations: Aliança Empreendedora, which supports more than 210,000 low-income microentrepreneurs in Brazil, and Emerge, a company that promotes and supports science-based and deep tech innovation in Brazil, connecting scientists, startups, and solutions to leading companies such as Novartis, BRF, Boticário, Natura, Aché, Eurofarma, Braskem, and others.
Additionally, he serves on the board of several organizations and was recognized as an Ashoka Fellow in 2007 and a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2010.
Rodrigo holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Paraná and has completed several education programs in innovation, entrepreneurship, strategy and development at Stanford, Harvard Kennedy School, Indian School of Business and Yale.
