Siddhartha is a sustainability and climate risk practitioner within the financial risk management domain. He is also the founder of the investech company CredFIC, and has previously served as its Chief Financial Officer before exiting the company in 2021. He has deep interests in AI and its applications in the finance and energy sectors, and its social implications. He is also the Founding Curator of the Global Shapers Guwahati Hub, and as a Global Shaper he co-leads climate change initiatives at the hub.
In 2021, Siddhartha was selected to be a part of a cohort of 17 young climate change champions for an United Nations India campaign, ahead of the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference or COP26.
Academically, Siddhartha holds a bachelors in engineering and a double masters in economics and financial engineering. He has also studied data driven policymaking and analysis at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy. Outside work, he enjoys a game of chess and shooting.
