Stacy Allen is responsible for overseeing Lord Abbett’s comprehensive risk
management efforts. In this role, she serves as Chair of the Enterprise Risk
Management Committee and collaborates with every area of the firm to identify,
assess, monitor, and report on key risks that may affect the organization. Ms.
Allen is a member of the Executive Committee, which is responsible for the firm’s
leadership, strategic direction, and crisis management. In addition, she serves as
Co-Chair of the firm’s Partnership Committee and serves on the firm's Investment
Stewardship Council, and Global Corporate Citizenship Committee.
Ms. Allen joined Lord Abbett in 2003 and was named Partner in 2010. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Administrative Officer for the Investments team. Her previous experience includes serving as Partner and Investment Consultant at Bellwether Consulting LLC and various roles at the Prudential Insurance Company of America.
She earned a BS from the University of Delaware. She also is a holder of a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.
