Subhashini is responsible for overseeing, executing, and scaling the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth’s philanthropic and social impact strategy and activities across the Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa contributing to regional and global objectives. The Center's work spans programs, data and insights, strategic engagement, and partnerships.

Inspired by environmental causes and philanthropic entrepreneurs, Subhashini has been a tireless catalyst for sustainable development, D&I and the economic empowerment of women in her native India (and beyond). An influencer with global contacts, she has a record of rallying governments and mobilizing corporate leaders to invest time, energy and finances to transform the lives of thousands of families, workers & communities. A successful entrepreneur, her notable achievements include developing pioneering programs to help female entrepreneurs flourish as well as freeing many thousands of women from debt, lending traps & sustained poverty.

Subhashini is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and graduate of the Yale World Fellows and Chevening Gurukul Fellow for Leadership and Excellence programs.
