Taylor Lewis

Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, PayPal

Taylor Lewis is an experienced communicator, relationship manager, and project leader who works passionately at the intersection of business and social change. Based in Chicago, Taylor develops and manages many of the company’s global strategic partnerships that extend PayPal’s reputation as a purpose-driven company that is at the forefront of building a more inclusive digital economy. In her Strategic Partnerships role, Taylor leads cross-collaborative workstreams with key internal stakeholders to advance thought leadership and social impact.

Taylor joined PayPal from the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office where she was the Director of Scheduling & Advance on the senior staff. In this capacity, Taylor was responsible for the development and execution of the mayor’s daily engagements and appearances, including program development and stakeholder engagement, to progress the administration’s agenda for all Chicagoans. Prior to the City of Chicago, Taylor began her career at Allstate Insurance Company. She held communications roles within the Corporate Relations department where she supported multiple senior leaders, including the President of Allstate Personal Lines, by building and implementing comprehensive strategic communication plans to drive stakeholder engagement and culture change – as well as planning and executing companywide events to advance corporate priorities.

Taylor studied at The Missouri School of Journalism at the University of Missouri in Columbia and earned a degree in Journalism – Strategic Communication and a minor in Political Science. She serves as a Young Professionals Board member for Hope Chicago, a new two-generation economic mobility program offering debt-free postsecondary pathways for Chicago students and parents.
