Swavanam helps creative companies grow sustainably; specialities include setting healthier systems (CRM, monthly auto-credit donations, lead generation) and working on team culture (relationships, team engagement, healthier environment). Training to become an Art Based Therapy (ABT) practitioner. Works with kids in conflict zones and at risk. Helping create healing spaces using theatre, movement, music and visual arts. 2009, co-founded Alchemy Career Solutions, a social enterprise that trained and found employment for youth from low-income households. By 2012, they had helped place more than 800 young graduates in jobs.
