Secretary-in-Chief, China Behavioral and Experimental Economics Forum (ChinaBEEF). She is the committee chair of Economic Science Association World Meeting to be held in Beijing, and was in the organizing committee for ESA Global Online Meeting in 2020 and in 2021.
Principal investigator for research projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China. Research interests include behavioural economics, conflict management, gender equity, labor economics, consumption behavior, public policy. Recipient of best paper award, International Association of Conflict Management. Member of Global Agenda Council on Behavior, Global Future Council on Social Contract, World Economic Forum.
