Co-Founder, Zipline International, a California-based automated logistics company. The company designs, manufactures, and operates drones as a service to make lifesaving deliveries on demand. The Zipline team consists of engineers and professionals from aerospace, robotics, and global health who are committed to improving access to healthcare. Zipline’s mission is to provide every human on Earth with instant access to vital medical products. Harvard University-trained economist. Graduated with honours. Began career as Consultant, Oliver Wyman, focused on the aviation industry. Advised aviation companies on topics including: high bypass turbofan engine maintenance, statistical and reliability modelling, technical sourcing, supply chain, and risk management. With Zipline, responsibilities have spanned global operations, government and regulatory affairs, business development, supply chain and manufacturing. Led the company’s work in Africa and established Zipline’s partnership with the Government of Rwanda. Currently focused on launching Zipline’s service in the US. Dual passions for aviation and healthcare drive him to grow Zipline’s mission and bring its transformative drone delivery service to the 6 billion people who lack equitable access to medical products today.
