Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer, City Mart Holdings

Win Win Tint is an award-winning Myanmar businesswoman. Win Win, at the age of just 21 assumed the management of City Mart Holding Company Limited (CMHL), a recently-formed family company.
At that time, CMHL operated just a single supermarket in central Yangon. Despite facing difficult economic and political conditions, Win Win built the business into the largest multi formats retail company in Myanmar. Meanwhile, the group founded other market leading businesses in the Distribution & Logistics and Real Estate sectors.

With the renewed vision of creating more value for our communities, the group has recently launched City Holdings with Win Win as Group Chief Executive Officer. City Holdings strategic interests are to further strengthen the group’s existing network in Retail, Distribution & Logistics, F&B and, Real Estate as well as pursuing opportunities in complementary sectors including Agriculture, Food Manufacturing, Technology and Finance. With common goals, entrepreneurial spirit and shared values, City Holdings will enable each of our business to reach more customers, offer more opportunities for our colleagues and contribute even more to communities.
Win Win has been recognized for several international honors and awards. In 2012 she was appointed a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. In 2015 she was ranked by Forbes Magazine as one of the 50 most powerful businesswomen in Asia-Pacific. She has also found success in the ASEAN Business Awards: in 2014 she won runner up in the Woman Entrepreneur Award and in 2016 she won the Young Entrepreneur Award. In Addition, Win Win is serving as the Honorary President of the Myanmar Retailers Association.
