In 2021 I became a co-founder and CEO at DIM 9000 — a pioneering property maintenance company, creating a new standard of urban lifestyle with digital tools.

A team is the key aspect of success in any company in my opinion. Leading a team of 400+ like-minded professionals that share the same values and goals creates a unique environment with a speed track to constant growth. We take care of more than 1.2 million sq m of property in Ukraine, developing our own tech solutions to improve processes and deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Our product is both simple and unique – an elaborated CRM system for all imaginable aspects of maintenance of the property and a mobile app to keep our clients informed and connected with us.

Later, in 2022 we created Guardian 9000 (a security company) and Reparo (a repair and construction company) as a part of a group of companies.

Coming from a startup set of mind and culture, I understand the importance of fast and effective decisions, but also value the ability of a company to develop not just as an enterprise, but as a socially responsible business that grows in hand with society.
