Integrates the essence of China’s traditional culture with western modern management concepts; innovative management philosophies and exploration have provided the global management circle with business models and cases fitting with the times and also forged the highly competitive Haier culture. As the organizational architect, led Haier to have undergone five strategic transformations. In 2012, Haier Group entered into the fifth Strategy Phase - Networking Strategy Phase.
