2018, appointed Accenture’s Senior Managing Director and Chairman for Greater China. In Greater China, leads a team of more than 15,000 people to provide end-to-end services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations to state-owned, privately owned enterprises and multinational corporations. Formerly: Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Private Equity, Standard Chartered Bank (SCPE). Led SCPE's investment and operations primarily in Greater China and Northeast Asia and was a member of the bank’s Global Leadership Team and Investment Committee. Member of the board of directors of several SCPE’s invested companies. Before SCB, Senior Managing Director, CVC Capital, responsible for China. Prior, Managing Director, Goldman Sachs Gao Hua Securities. Pioneer in China's management consulting industry. Worked in the management consulting industry with AT Kearney and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, heading the two firms' China businesses. 1986, BSc in Foreign Service, major in International Economics, Georgetown University; 1992, MBA, University of Chicago.
