Degree in Economics, Vilnius University. Zydrune Vitaite experience includes business development and operations in technological companies (telco and security industries), team management and leadership roles both in business and NGOs.
Former: CEO at MAINSEC, running operations of telecoms engineering company in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Curator of WEF Global Shapers for the term 2014-2015. President of AIESEC Lithuania, the national chapter of the world's largest youth-run organization, leading its international team in Lithuania and implementing projects on sustainable NGO development and youth leadership education. Member of the Board of Advisors and initiator of its Alumni fund at AIESEC Lithuania.
Currently: Head of Sales at ELDES (engineering company in security industry), Co-founder of Women Go Tech initiative – first mentorship program in Lithuania to encourage women choose their career in ICT and engineering. The program is patronized by the President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė, supported by international corporations recognized in media (www.womengotech.lt)
Zydrune Vitaite is experienced in concept development and agenda building for local and international conferences (such as Shape Europe Vilnius 2015), speaker at local and global events on topics of women empowerment, gender equality, women in tech, men role in gender parity, community building, youth engagement.
