New York, USA, 5 March Media accreditation for the World Economic Forum on Latin America, which will take place in Riviera Maya, Mexico, on 6-8 May 2015, is now open. In its 10th year, the World Economic Forum on Latin America returns to Mexico. It will provide an ideal platform for committed decision-makers to set a bold renovation agenda by strengthening existing institutional foundations, renewing economic frameworks, and modernizing society and business to ensure a better future.

The meeting, held under the theme “Advancing through a Renovation Agenda”, will bring together leaders from all sectors to examine how the region can secure its long-term economic growth and social development.

“To sustain and deepen social economic achievements and ensure long-term inclusive growth, Latin American leaders must continue to implement structural reforms. These will open new opportunities and improve the competitiveness of economies. The 2015 World Economic Forum on Latin America will provide an ideal platform to set such a bold transformation agenda,” said Marisol Argueta de Barillas, Senior Director, Head of Latin America, World Economic Forum.

  • Ignacio Sanchez-Galan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Iberdrola
  • Carlos Brito, Chief Executive Officer, Anheuser-Busch InBev
  • Joseph E. Stiglitz, Professor, School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University

If you would like to attend this event, please register online by Friday 17 April. As the number of accreditations issued will be strictly limited, we are unable to accommodate late registrations. No accreditation will be granted on site.
