Addressing food waste in Oxfordshire is a consulting project where Oxford Hub supports a local food sustainability organization to develop a theory of change and a comprehensive strategic plan to strengthen its effectiveness and reach in the local community.

The Replenish Project is a local charity that engages Oxfordshire citizens on the issues of food waste and composting. The organization gives communities training and support to set up projects in their local areas. These projects include setting up community fridges, delivering healthy eating courses, and running food surplus demos. The goal of this project is to help the Replenish Project broaden its impact by developing a comprehensive strategic plan and theory of change for its work. This initiative will support the Replenish Project's on-going citizen engagement efforts while also helping the organization better understand its mission and potential for impact in the local community.
