Community Gardens

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is not all about new technologies and smart tech. The highly digitalized world causes problems such as marginalization, alienation and loneliness. In this increasingly digitised era we very often do not know our own neighbours.

The Nicosia Hub takes action against the alienation of people by implementing a project that brings neighbours together. The Nicosia Hub suggests leveraging the existing urban planning neighbourhood policy of green spaces to support the development of community gardens.

This project aims at creating more equal and inclusive society for people who feel marginalized or alienated.
