Facial Recognition Technology

Tunis is plagued with inefficient government bureaucracy and an inability to provide adequate services and infrastructure. The Tunis Hub will use human emotional recognition technology by mapping the facial expressions of citizens during their interaction with a governmental service. It uses an algorithm that allows the government to flag areas where dissatisfaction levels are higher in real time for timely interventions whenever possible. The software generates a dashboard that allows for numerous types of reporting such as sense of safety through capturing the emotion of fear, distress as well as treatment by civil servants through capturing the emotions of anger, happiness etc
