The hub believes that women empowerment has to be boosted from different perspectives. Our project seeks to empower women in decision-making spaces. That is why we work on different verticals. On the one hand we are putting together a manual of good gender parity practices in the work place with companies (we are putting it to the test with 2), on the other hand we are developing workshops for women entrepreneurs (we have done so far already with 40 participants each) and finally proposing to the government to include a clause in the bylaw of new corporations that includes Non-discrimination, quota for gender and equity.
