Jobhunting Workshops

The Nice Hub was organizing workshops to help foreign students acquire the skills needed for job/internship hunting in France and more specifically in the French Riviera ecosystem. The sessions focus on “practical” knowledge, students are given advice and directions on how to build their CV and cover letters according to French standards. Participants are also provided with training for interviews. The workshops were first aimed at Chinese students as the differences in work culture and attitude towards job hunting showed to be especially overwhelming for this group. Following the sessions 80% of the attendees got an internship in the region. The Hub is now planning to extend this project and enroll a broader range of foreign individuals studying on the French Riviera.
