Paradigm Shift

The goal of the Paradigm Shift project is to improve Palestinian youth skills and prepare them for careers and professional lives. The project is structured in two lines of interventions: first, capacity building for the university students, where we equip them with 21st century skills through a series of training workshops and sessions, both face-to-face and online. The second line of interventions targets high school graduates, where we provide mentorship and workshops to help graduates choose their majors based on their tendencies and market trends. The project team consists of 10 shapers, and it depends on the hub shapers themselves, as they are the trainers, and a curriculum will be developed through the project as well. As per the plan, the total beneficiaries targeted for 2023 and 2024 are 120 and 200 youth, respectively.
