Ready.Help: Connecting Medical Students and Volunteers With Hospitals

Ready.help is a solution for medical volunteers and hospitals globally to fight COVID-19. The aim of "ready.help" is to connect medical volunteers and hospitals who can cooperate together in these toughest times. Community involvement and volunteering is a proven essential tool for fighting epidemics.

The system has been developed very quickly to address needs in Slovakia while fighting COVID-19 and has been proven right, with hundreds of volunteers signing up for the platform. Slovakia and much of the rest of the world were under-prepared for such a disaster, thus there is a need to increase capacities in hospitals and distribute some responsibilities to medical students, pharmacists etc., for tasks such as registration of patients, COVID-19 call centres and many others.

The project has been launched in Slovakia and supported by the Ministry of Health. Many respected people got involved to serve as governmental and public advisors for projects related to "COVID-19". Some of them are mentioned below.
