Who will win the Competitiveness World Cup?

Who would have won the 2014 FIFA World Cup if points were awarded according to each nation’s competitiveness?

The World Economic Forum has been posting the winners of each game in our Competitiveness World Cup. See all the results below.

The results have been calculated by converting the country’s index score into percentages. Index scores are calculated using the methodology in the following reports: The Global Gender Gap Report 2013; The Global Information Technology Report 2014; The Global Enabling Trade Report 2014; The Global Competitiveness Report 2013-2014.
