Video: Is it possible to slow the ageing process?

“Is ageing just a one way stream towards decline, disease and death, or can it be slowed or even reversed?” asks Anne Brunet from Stanford University. She says a combination of genetic and environmental factors may guard our brain from disease and help us live longer.
