These are the top 25 companies to work for

Not all jobs are created equal. Increasingly, companies are waking up to the idea that happy employees make a more productive workforce.

Plenty of employers have been taking care of their employees for some time, most notably tech giants Google and Facebook, which regularly make the top 10 of career website Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work” rankings.

This year, Google comes top with management consulting firm Bain & Company placed second, and Nestlé Purina Petcare coming in third.

Some predictable regulars make the list – Facebook, Procter & Gamble, and Apple, for example, but some of the entries may surprise you (In-N-Out Burger, Mayo Clinic?)
