Where will Europe relocate its refugees?

Stay up to date:
European Union
By a large majority, ministers of the European Union have approved a plan to redistribute 120,000 asylum-seekers from Syria, Iraq and Eritrea around Europe, despite objections from Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
Most of the asylum-seekers who are currently in Greece and Italy will be distributed to 22 other European nations in order to relieve some of the pressure created by the migrant crisis in frontline countries.
With a quota of 40,206, Germany is the European nation taking in the most refugees. It’s followed by France with 30,783 and Spain with 19,219.
