Which working benefits do millennials value most?

Training and development have been named by young people around the world as the most valued working benefit.

Around one-fifth of millennials named training and development as their most important benefit. Next on the list is flexible working hours, as young people look to establish a work-life balance. Completing the top three is cash bonuses, with 14% saying they would prefer money over other benefits.

Financial benefits appear throughout the list, including housing assistance (the priority of 5% of those polled), pension schemes (6%) and no benefits but higher wages (4%). As a preference, greater holiday allowance comes in at number six, while a company car takes eighth place (4%).
