Great leaders never stop learning says Kristin Groos Richmond in this video for the Schwab Foundation: “Each time you have a challenge, each time you feel like you have a hurdle or a misstep: stop, listen, reflect, learn, and change course. Be confident but humble about your learnings along the way.“
This post is part of a major series from the Schwab Foundation looking at lessons from leading social entrepreneurs.
The CEO of Revolution Foods tells other women entrepreneurs to gather a team and board who will support them when the going gets tough: “Our values create our value. It’s vital to surround yourself with people who believe in you.”
And don’t let building the organisation delay your dreams: “If you want to start a family, start that family. If you want to run a race that you’re training for, run that race. Pursuing your dreams personally, while living your dreams professionally, allows you to have joy in your everyday work and stay in for the long haul.”
