A special Davos edition of John Green's Question Tuesday, but on a Wednesday
Among more than 40 artists, authors and cultural leaders taking part in this year’s Annual Meeting is best-selling author and prolific vlogger, John Green.
He is on his way.
While in Davos, John Green will be taking live questions from the public on the World Economic Forum’s Facebook page at 15.15 (CET) on Wednesday 20 January.
Green – who is perhaps best known for his novel, The Fault in Our Stars – will also be interviewed by the BBC’s Tanya Beckett.
In 2007, John started The VlogBrothers channel on YouTube with his brother, Hank. Since then the mix of educational, lifestyle and review videos has attracted more than 2.5 million subscribers.
The channel also hosts campaigns for the Green brothers’ charity project, Project for Awesome, which has raised more than $1.5 million for a range of charities to date.
As well as his wildly successful young adult fiction, John has launched an educational channel teaching literature, history, science and US government and politics.
He was named on Time magazine’s list of the 100 most influential people in the world.
