How to follow and embed our Latin America 2017 meeting

The World Economic Forum on Latin America 2017 will take place on 5-7 April

In early April, the World Economic Forum will hold its annual meeting on Latin America, where discussions are expected to focus on development and entrepreneurship against the backdrop of technological change, or what's known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Here is our guide to how to follow #la17 on our digital channels, as well as how to embed individual sessions on your website.

Twitter

The official meeting hashtag is #la17. Follow tweets on this hashtag to keep up with everything going on in the meeting.

The World Economic Forum's official Twitter account @wef has close to 3 million followers. For live-tweet updates of sessions you can also follow our live-tweet account @davos where we post the highlights from the meeting.

Facebook

You can also join our 2.7 million followers on http://wef.ch/facebook. We will be posting highlights from the meeting, conducting Facebook Live interviews with world leaders and sharing insights from key sessions.

We'll invite selected participants to take live questions and comments from our Facebook audience via Facebook Live. How to embed the livestream

You will be able to watch, embed and download many sessions, press conferences and interviews live as webcasts on http://wef.ch/la17.

You will also be able to watch many of the sessions live on our Facebook video page: https://www.facebook.com/WEFvideo/

To embed the main player (responsive) on your website, copy and paste the following:

This code will add a section to your website that looks like this:

For a more advanced version of the embed code click on the “embed” button indicated on the previous image. Here you can configure the player for a different language interface, a different background colour, set the autoplay to on or off and choose different video-player layouts or sizes.

You can embed any of the individual sessions being broadcast directly to your website. To do that, select the title of the session you want to embed and click on the embed button as indicated on the image below:

Once you click on the embed button you will be able to configure the format to:

● show only the video without any information

● show the video player with title and description

● select different background colours

● change the default audio language (if there is more than one)

● set autoplay.
