Mrs. Izaguirre-Bradley is an Economist with over fifteen years of experience on Private Public Partnerships (PPP) programs and projects, on Guarantee operations, and on enabling institutional and regulatory environments for private participation in infrastructure. Her recent work includes the analysis of the Bank support to Umeme concession, the only stand-alone electricity distribution company in Africa that has been able to raise commercial capital. Mrs. Izaguirre-Bradleys’ work has focused on synthesizing data into key trends and policy issues, and identifying incentives structures under PPP projects.
