Alexis J Taylor is a recognized global leader in ESG.

She drives ESG strategy for Indeed.com and regularly advises governments, foundations, and universities on social impact initiatives.

Her work has been recognized by the Mayor of Austin, the U.S. State Department, and international foundations for building bridges towards shared prosperity across 30+ countries and equipping 16,000 young people with skills of the future.

Most recently, Alexis co-chaired the Davos Lab, an initiative engaging 2 million people to launch a Youth Recovery Plan featuring 40 policy recommendations to end intergenerational inequity.

She has a decade of expertise in creating fairer economies and improving business. From co-founding a new division of the Business Ethics Alliance in the same community where Enron was started; to scaling entrepreneurship initiatives as the CEO of an international nonprofit.

Alexis holds a Bachelor of Science from Creighton University's Heider College of Business and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Program in Social Innovation Design, Policy, and Practice.

She frequently shares her passions by speaking on topics including “Reimagining Society,” “Navigating Uncertainty,” and “Systems Thinking for Tangible Change.”
