Ali Wyne is a member of the adjunct staff at the RAND Corporation, a contributing analyst at Wikistrat and a global fellow with PS21, a think tank that launched this January. He also serves on two Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) study groups, one on Chinese foreign policy and another on U.S. policy towards Russia. From 2013-14 he served on two other CFR study groups, one on U.S. grand strategy towards China and another on the theory and practice of geoeconomics.
