Why disappearing jobs keep students out of college
A new study suggests that after states suffer significant job losses, college attendance drops among the poorest students of the next generation

Previously she worked as communications director for the Duke Center for Child and Family Policy. There she helped spread the word about the Center's research on education reform, the changing American family and prevention of problem behaviors such as child abuse and addiction.
