Andrew Baird is the President & CEO of the global hub of Education For Employment (EFE), the leading youth employment and job placement organization in the Middle East and North Africa. Previously, Andrew was the Program Area Director, Workforce and Economic Development Group for RTI International, where he led a team of 130 employees and a $150 million portfolio. Andrew holds a BA from The College of Wooster and an MA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
