Åsa Persson is Senior Research Fellow at SEI Stockholm and leader of the global SEI research theme Transforming Governance. She is a co-author of Sustainable Development Goals for Sweden.

Based on her broad experience from studying governance arrangements, she was appointed to lead SEI’s research theme on Transforming Governance in 2015. Dr Persson first joined SEI in 2001, and was visiting researcher at Stockholm Resilience Centre in 2010-11 and at ANU, Canberra, in 2011.
