Bhupendra Shakya is a PhD candidate in School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He completed his master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Systems and Management from the University of Flensburg, Germany in 2005 and Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Engineering, Pulchok Campus, Nepal in 1999. He has more than 12 years experiences in promotions of Renewable Energy technologies, mainly in Micro hydro Plants and its interconnection, Solar PV, Biomas Gasification, and its management for the electricity access to rural part of Nepal.
