How connectivity credits could help bridge the digital divide
Nearly half the world's population has no internet access. A connectivity credit initiative would incentivise providers to connect less profitable areas.
Bill Tai is a VC, Educator and Athlete. Originally trained as a computer chip designer (BSEE Honors, Illinois), he later earned an MBA at Harvard and was granted a PhD from Curtin University where he is an Adjunct Professor focused on "Innovation and Economic Development".
