Candace is a General Partner at ICONIQ Capital. ICONIQ Capital is a privately held investment firm serving some of the world’s most influential families and organizations. ICONIQ provides financial advisory and family office services, and manages direct investments where technology and traditional asset classes intersect, with a focus on technology growth equity, buyout, and real estate.
Prior to ICONIQ, Candace was the CDO and COO at Plug and Play, responsible for overseeing, defining, and executing strategic partnerships and accelerator programs worldwide. Candace is a founder of Plug and Play’s corporate program and has grown it from zero to 280+ corporate partners. The corporate program has become an integral part of Plug and Play’s business model and investment strategy.
Her initiatives at Plug and Play include co-developing and running over a dozen themed accelerators worldwide, including the Internet of Things, Mobility, Brand & Retail, FinTech, Insurance, Supply Chain, Startup Autobahn (Stuttgart, Germany), Fashion for Good (Amsterdam) and others.
Candace holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
