随着人们的寿命延长,工作时间也在延长——有些人是出于自愿,大多数人则是迫于无奈。目前缺少针对50岁以上人群的就业方案,即使有相关方案,设计时也未考虑外部因素,且常常以自上而下的方式实施。本研究关注50岁以上人群的人生故事、经历与挑战。
