In the Intelligent Age – where AI and humans drive innovation together – employers must proactively prepare employees to become a future-ready workforce.
Unless employees at all levels have access to AI, we risk a workforce gap opening up between the technology 'haves' and 'have-nots'.
Organizations must invest in the labour market and talent through education opportunities and with policymakers to create a more sustainable world of work.
